But before you waste precious hours of your life reading through their crap, let 37signals’ David Heinemeier Hansson (creator of Ruby on Rails) tear it all apart. Much more entertaining, and way better advice. Hansson concludes:

Just as a sidenote, it’s unfortunate that BlueHeron.com is already registered to “Blue Heron Systems” from Ann Arbor, MI. They’re not using it, but they have it through February 2007 at least. If we decided to go that route, I suppose we could contact them…

i like the direction - but it is entirely over used. so what about other ideas in the vein. for example - i love FreeRange Design (but it’s also taken (in the UK)). free-range is the farmer’s open-source. that’s us. i love it. can anyone think of anything else in that direction? please?
