    Our director irritated powerful white men in Akron because he pushed for too much change (needed changes) too quickly. And he wasn’t “Mennonite enough” (i.e. passive aggressive) in his leadership style. That’s my unofficial and unauthorized take on the situation.

    Speaking of unofficial, you’re designing and selling “unofficial merch” on cafepress? You angling to lose your job, or what?

    Oh, and give your post a title. A no-title post messes up the nav.

    i sent the link directly to my boss (and entire department) first thing. they have urged me to sell as many as I can - make it an MMA fad. I haven’t actually done anything that infringes the brand or any trademark, so i’m safe legally…

    you should buy one. :)
